The candidate should be confident in communicating regularly with the client/design team in order to assess needs and be able to adjust a given approach based on feedback. This candidate knows the design industry, how to create and execute deliverables in residential projects from beginning to end.

This candidate knows how to manage the office environment and employees, stay efficient and positive, be a good communicator, and proactive for any task that effects the office. Maintaining the highest level of professionalism, diplomacy and confidentiality are required. Interest in design is encouraged but not required.

Latham Interiors is an award winning high-end residential design studio in an enviable mountain environment. Designers will assist project teams and gain experience at different phases of projects by utilizing their skills in Revit, AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, or hand sketching to produce working and presentation drawings. In addition, they will assist with research and selection of furniture and finishes.

Junior Designer will have the opportunity to attend construction site visits, in-office vendor presentations, weekly design presentations, and Interiors Studio meetings. As well as meet with vendors, organize and attend vendor presentations, and maintain the sample library.
